My university term ended on Friday so I should have some time to study languages (theoretically), however there's also a pressure to push on with my reading for my Ph.D and then the question of which language to dedicate my time to...
So, do I try and make a good push with my Catalan, which I find easy, or do I try and get through some German, which although not easy, is not hard either, or do I spend some time on Spanish - I have a few essays to write in this language. Hmmm. I think I'll write the essays first, then move on to a mix of Catalan and German. I guess my time would most usefully be spent on German because I seem to pick up the other two languages much more easily, and I really want to get properly fluent in German this year.
So German it is... once those Spanish essays have been written!
Tschau!
Christmas
